Annabel graduated from the University of South Australia in 2016.  Since graduating Annabel relocated back to Launceston in Tasmainia where where she took up a position at PhysioTas, a highly regarded leading private practice group in Tasmania.  Here she gained valuable experience in all aspect of private practice, treating; spinal pain, sports injuries, work related injuries, postural dysfunction, post operative rehabilitation and taking Pilates and Exercise Rehab classes.  Annabel has a special interest in osteoarthritis, being trained in GLAD osteoarthritis management, as well as ankles, hips and knees and sports injuries.  Annabel is a highly skilled Physiotherapist with vast experience in all injuries.  She likes to manage pain and dysfunction with hands on treatment, as well as exercise prescription to ensure that you get better and stay better!

Annabel has a Background as an elite rower having represented Australia, hence has a particular interest in treating rowers and is a Rowing Australia preferred Physiotherapist.  Annabel has worked with elite national level rowers as well as AFLW players in her previous position.  She is the current physio for the Tasmanian Devils U18 Woman’s AFL team and has also worked with; Rubgy 7s, runners, cyclists, triathletes, netballers and dancers.

Annabel is currently completing her Sports Masters at Latrobe University and is keen to get involved with elite sport in Melbourne.

Outside of work Annabel enjoys spending time in Melbourne’s coffee shops and at the beach where you will most likely see her walking Alfie, her Bermese Mountain dog!
