Paula Espinoza is an experienced massage therapist with more than 9 years experience.  Originally studying in her native country Chile, she has continued her studies in Australia and is currently undertaking a bachelor of health science majoring in acupuncture.   

With expertise in tuina massage, deep tissue massage, acupressure, trigger point therapy and stretching techniques she offers tailored treatments to address physical injury, tension and promote relaxation. Paula’s calming presence creates a comfortable space for clients to unwind. Committed to learning, she stays updated with the latest practices in massage therapy to provide top-quality care.

Outside of work Paula enjoys exploring Melbourne, being out in nature and plays tennis and racquet ball.  Paula is available at Sportspinal Health on Thursday afternoon/evening.
